We are passionate about helping children become lifelong followers of Jesus! Through Bible teaching, hands-on activities, worship, and a whole lot of fun, we are honored to walk with your kids as Christ is formed in them. Come see us during both our 9AM and 11AM Sunday services!
Shad & Letty Geisser
Shad comes from Montana and Letty’s upbringing includes Brazil, Switzerland, and Japan. They met at Portland Bible College where they both studied theology and found that they had something special in common—a love for discipling kids! They have been the Hope Kids Directors since early 2022 and have found their passion to help kids form Jesus within to grow as they lead, teach, and play with kids! Letty loves to dance and if you come on a holiday, you’ll likely see one of her choreographed performances. Shad is always up for a pick up game of basketball and has been told that his jumping skills are quite impressive. They love meeting new families so come by the Hope Kids Wing and introduce yourself!
Baby Dedication
Our mission is lifelong followers. We believe this starts as our children take their first breath. As a community, we take seriously this mission and we dedicate our children to the Lord and remind ourselves they are His first. This happens in scheduled services on the fourth Sunday of each month. During the dedication, we will pray for your family and your child, gift them a Bible, and give them to the Lord as a community.

During our Sunday Hope Kids experience, children will: Hear a bible lesson, attend Hope Kids worship, have play time, participate in activities and crafts, practice Scripture memory and have a healthy snack.

Our age-appropriate curriculum is taught by trained, experienced, and background-checked volunteers who are ready to greet you at the door! Come check-in at our registration table and get ready for a safe, exciting, and inspiring experience!

The safety of your family is important to us. All Hope Kids events feature a secure electronic check-in system, trained and background-checked teachers, and dedicated security personnel to ensure your children are safe and secure while taking part in Hope Kids services.
