What is Rooted?
Rooted is a three-part class designed to help you discover the story and heart of Living Hope and take your next step toward becoming a lifelong follower of Jesus. Over three Wednesday night dinners hosted by our pastors, you’ll learn about our church, discover your spiritual gifts, explore our practices, and have intentional conversations about what it looks like to be a Living Hoper. It’s a space to ask questions, build connections, and begin putting down roots in the church.

Meet your Rooted Directors
Larry & Kim Clemons
Pastors Larry and Kim have been deeply rooted at Living Hope Fellowship for more than 10 years. As parents of six and grandparents to 10, family is at the heart of who they are—and they love nothing more than gathering around the table and spending time with the people they love.
As pastors who oversee Rooted, Larry and Kim want you to experience the heart of Living Hope, ask honest questions, build genuine relationships, discover how God has uniquely gifted you, and begin putting down roots in the church.
Their heart is simple: that you would find your people, find your place, and ultimately thrive in your walk with Jesus.

Planted helps you explore the foundations of faith. Rooted helps you find your place within the family. From Rooted, we want to help you take your next steps into our practices—Sabbath, Hope Groups, Serving, Devotion, and Tithing. You’re not simply joining a church, you’re becoming part of a people who are learning to become lifelong followers of Jesus, together.

We believe in "dating us." Rooted gives you time to experience Living Hope beyond a single class, build relationships, and discern if this is where God is planting you.

We loved the name Welcome Home, but Rooted better reflects the journey we're inviting people into. From being Planted, to becoming Rooted, to participating in Grow Nights, our language now tells one cohesive story of belonging.

Because each week builds on the previous one, we ask participants to start at the beginning of a round. Don't worry, Rooted is offered multiple times throughout the year during our Spring, Summer and Fall Term.

For these three weeks, Rooted will be your group. You'll return to a Grow Night group once you've completed the class.

After Rooted, you'll participate in Grow Nights by joining Flourish (women's group), Men's Thing (men's group) or Marrieds (marriage group).
